Translatome

About Translatome Module

The translatome module characterizes the translation landscape using Ribo-seq data. POSTAR3 returns a summary frame, with histogram showing number of different types of ORF, and a heatmap showing density in different conditions. Tables contain ORF of different types, and each ORF could be linked to their density, translation efficiency(TE), identified translation region, and ribosome profiling signal.
